What our warranty covers

Every sauna we build comes with a 2-year structural warranty. HUUM heaters come with HUUM's own warranty: 3 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use.

Covered

The structural warranty

Coverage starts on the day we deliver your sauna and lasts 2 years.

  1. 01The frame, walls, roof and floor of your sauna
  2. 02Defects in materials or workmanship
  3. 03We repair or replace the affected part
Not covered

What the warranty does not include

  1. 01Natural changes in the cedar: colour change, small surface checks, knots and sap
  2. 02Damage from an unlevel or unsuitable foundation
  3. 03Misuse, accidents, fire, flooding and severe weather
  4. 04Changes or repairs made by anyone other than AR Saunas
  5. 05Normal wear, stains and finishes

Three steps to a claim

For a HUUM heater, include the model and purchase date and we will help you file the claim with HUUM.
