What we collect
When you send a request through the form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, address, what you are interested in, preferred dates and any photos or notes you add.
When you call, text or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can reply and follow up.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information for every visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare quotes, plan site visits, deliveries and rentals, and provide service and warranty support.
We only send you marketing emails or text messages if you ask for them, for example by ticking the box on the request form. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Services we rely on
Our request form is provided by Jobber, the software we use to manage requests, quotes and jobs, so the details you submit are stored in our Jobber account. See Jobber's privacy policy.
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. See Google's privacy policy.
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. We share information with these providers only as needed to run our business, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we need them to provide service and warranty support and to meet tax and legal requirements. Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
