Terms of use

Using this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices, quotes and availability

Prices shown on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax, and are provided as a guide. They can change without notice. Every sauna and order is confirmed in a written quote, and the quote is what applies.

The configurator and build sheet help you describe what you want; they are not an order or a binding price. Rental dates are confirmed only when we confirm them with you.

Photos and content

The photos, text and designs on this site belong to AR Saunas or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. Product photos of HUUM and Harvia heaters belong to their manufacturers.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as heater manufacturers. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, AR Saunas is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Warranty terms for saunas and heaters are set out on our warranty page and in your quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
